What is the error code that Device Manager is showing?

Also, can you confirm what the wireless card is showing for the model? It seems to have either an Intel one, or Atheros.

The Dell Wireless 1702 802.11bgn is a single band wireless card which is slower and is outdated technology.
You should seriously consider switching to an external USB 802.11ac dual band wireless adapter which is faster and more model technology.

Thanks for the info but can you tell me what does not work because of this device being not set up?

If it is bluetooth and only bluetooth, that is something I don't think I've ever used (at least not knowingly).

 

Expand the "Network Adapters" heading in the Device Manager.
Double-click on the wireless device listed there so its properties window can appear.
Select the "Driver" tab.
Submit an image of that window.
It will show what the description of the wireless device is and what driver version is installed.

I have never installed and used bluetooth, so James or someone else here will need to help you.
