Dell Service Tag 9RX2BQ1 (all in one). Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit.

I have wiped the disk and installed 7 from scratch, downloaded the drivers from link above and am having a problem with Wireless 1702 Bluetooth 3.0+HS, shows error in Device Manager. I downloaded the driver from this page, installed it and there is no change. I've run all available Windows updates including the convenience roll-up. Also, a lot of other Windows updates downloaded themselves during the night plus some more I did this morning.

Later, I installed the driver from this page and no change.

Alex:

The Dell Wireless 1702 802.11bgn is a single band wireless card which is slower and is outdated technology.
You should seriously consider switching to an external USB 802.11ac dual band wireless adapter which is faster and more model technology.

The next time you do a clean install of Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, this install and update guide may be helpful to you:

Expand the "Network Adapters" heading in the Device Manager.
Double-click on the wireless device listed there so its properties window can appear.
Select the "Driver" tab.
Submit an image of that window.
It will show what the description of the wireless device is and what driver version is installed.

I have never installed and used bluetooth, so James or someone else here will need to help you.
