Thanks for your reply. The issue is not the game itself (it loads fine) it's the file I am trying to use separately from it. The issue is my computer having path problems.

 

You may want to consider uninstalling the game itself and reinstalling it on your computer to fix the path problem. A fresh install of the game may resolve the problem the error was caused by.

 

I have reinstalled it a couple times now but unfortunately it hasn't fixed my issue.
