I just installed this on my server and its not detecting any of them. Yet it detects my Kingston M.2 NVMe. What gives?
I have checked for updates. There are none. Its the latest version of the software. I tried re-scanning but nothing.

Please see the following regarding this issue.

Why is my Western Digital hard drive not detected?

If your Western Digital hard drive is not recognized and does not show up on your computer, you are facing a common problem. The error is often caused by incompatible file systems, problems with the USB connection, or outdated drivers.

Note: This applies to HDDs and SSDs.

They're internal drives. There is no USB connection. They're all NTFS. They aren't being detected in Western Digital Dashboard but they are detected and they work otherwise. What drivers? They're hard drives. They're not external.

What sort of useless software is it that the very manufacturer of the drives doesn't even work?

How exactly do you have the drives connected AND configured? Most servers use some type of raid for data backup and or drive hot swapping.
Since you are posting in a hardware forum, it would REALLY help if you posted ALL of your exact system specs. No one (other than you) has any idea what hardware you are running.

As the title says
Western Digital drives not being detected in Western Digital Dashboard

I have dashboard installed but it doesn't detect the drives so I can't do anything with it.

I've already done all that. But still they aren't being detected.

When I booted up that PC it had this on the screen:

so I know its dying. I just want to know what exactly is causing it and how many sectors are damaged. I know there are some because some files on there aren't readable. I managed to copy off most of the files on there.
