I'm okay with VBA but not in Access, never seen an error like this.
Is the installation correct? Report not read only? Just some ideas

 

I have searched everywhere and no one seem to have experience it.
I believe it was installed correctly. Am able to create tables and queries.
I can open reports and create reports from tables and queries.
However, when creating from a selected table or query an error pops up but the report is still created.
I will post a screenshot of error.

You have NOT stated what version of Access you are using.

If you are using Office 365 is your subscription up to date?

 

Can you create a userform?
If you cannot create anything at all, then you should check the Tools References in the VBA project, are all the references set? Have you checked that?

 

Have you tried the database repair tools and perform a thorough check and compact etc etc.
I don't know if you have done this but there is a limit of 256 controls maybe you've been busy adding and removing controls; the counter even if you deleted all will keep on counting.
Maybe that could be the problem.
I'm using 2016 and don't have 2010 anymore on this system to test

 

Repair and compact did not work.
I don't use mcaccess. I just need it to do a project.
Can't create user form.
I will check references in VBA.

Sorry I meant ms access (Microsoft Access).
About 5 boxes of A references were enabled so I enabled all of the other boxes. The issue still occurring after doing that.
I tried repair and it says msado21.tlb version 2.1 needs to fix. I attach a screenshot.
Issue still occurring.

 

If I read the error correctly that's the whole problem, there's a missing link to for the database non existent table. Or missing control

You either miss data or the table has been renamed and the links not corrected. You'll have to dig through it and see where it's coming from. Maybe you're using a linked table
Open Access in Safe mode and then step though everything.
