Can someone help me out with this problem?

I am having this problem after fully resetting my pc, after resetting my pc, the message " The prof svcs service failed the sign-in" appeared after I pressed the sign-in button on windows. I have tried various solutions such as opening safe mode on the window and editing regedit. But when I try this method, safe mode is a black screen for me ( I can only see my cursor moving but the background is all black). I also have tried reinstalling windows but the problem still persists.
