Steelseries Rival 3 mouse not connecting with bluetooth to MacBookpro 2015

Hi,

I recently bought a Rival 3 mouse with the idea of using it with the Bluetooth feature. But I tried everything so far and It doesn't connect via Bluetooth to my macbookpro 2015 Monterey 12.7.2

No idea what to do more.

Did anyone have also this issue or does anyone have an idea how to fix it?

The issue may be due to the MBP having Bluetooth 4.2 technology and the mouse per the manufacturer requires 5.0 or higher.

I would also double check with SteelSeries if that is the case. Worse case, you would need a mac compatible usb bluetooth 5.0 dongle
