I am trying to help a friend here who get this following message at start-up.
This driver is blocked due to compatibility issues.

Publisher: Roxio, Inc.
The OS is Vista 32bit.
Currently on this machine, it looks like she has upgraded to Roxio Creator 10. Is the DirectCD driver even needed anymore? I can't find it in start-up or add/remove programs. How do I get this message to turn off? I tried running a patch from Roxio and it said she didnt even have the DirectCD software on her computer anymore.
