You can certainly attempt to repair your install.
1 Make an install usb using the media creation tool Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com) Note the usb must be 8gig or larger
2 Boot your system with the install usb. When setup starts, click the "Repair your computer" in the lower left of the box
3 Click troubleshoot>advanced options>command prompt
4 At the command prompt, type the following and hit enter after each one;
BOOTREC /FIXMBR
BOOTREC /FIXBOOT
BOOTREC /RebuildBcd
5 When done, remove the install usb and restart. See if it will boot into windows

OK, as long as you have a current backup, what I would do would be to simply clean install windows. On a nvme type drive, it takes all of 10min or less to clean install windows. Another hour or so to install drivers and software. Done.

There are other options such as attempting to repair your current install however I do not waste a lot of time doing so simply because with a modern system such as yours, it is so quick to just clean install. If you decide to do the above, have only the nvme drive connected when you install windows. If you have any other drives, pull the pw connectors from those drives. You can reconnect them when done with the install.

First of all, no one has any idea what type of system you are running. Post your exact system specs. If this is a big box system ie dell, hp, whatever, post the exact brand, model# and service tag#

Next do you have a current backup of anything important ie docs, pictures, etc?

thank you and Sorry for that. it's a custum PC with i9 8 core CPU purchase 2.5 years ago, 64 GB DDR4. Drive C is Samsung SSD 980 1TB. graphic card-GTX 1080. most of my work is on seperated drives inside the box. since I cannot start my machine I can't tell which motherboard it is but I knew it's a premium one... thanks again
