Pressing "A" deletes text

When i press the "A" key on my laptop while in a typing something in a game (Specifically Roblox, but i have also had it happen with Minecraft), all other text in the text box is deleted. Backspace also deletes all text with a single press.
My computer is a Lenovo Legion 16ACHg6 running Windows 11.

no, they are not pirated and they are not all from one vendor.
i have had it happen in roblox (microsoft store version) and minecraft java edition (through curseforge, both vanilla and modded)

inbuilt keyboard and onscreen keyboard
