PhotoStick Omni not working

Hi, I am new to online communities.
I have wasted my money by buying a PhotoStick Omni, which doesn't work.
I have completely searched the stick for the .exe file and it does not exist on the stick. Does anyone have any recommendations as to
a) Can I actually acquire this file?
b) where is it located?

Start here Support - ThePhotoStick® Omni

At the very bottom of the page is a chat - probably a bot.

If you search the forum here you will see we have been telling people for years to forget about wasting money on this. You can do the same thing a lot cheaper with a USB stick.

My advice would be to return it if you can and buy a USB stick for graphics files. USB sticks or drives are cheaper and will work for file storage purposes.
