The error message “The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000008)” usually points to issues with system memory, corrupted files, or conflicting software. This error can cause applications like Chrome, Discord, or Teams to crash, leading to unexpected freezes or black screens. It’s often a sign that something in your system is trying to access memory it shouldn’t, or a program is interfering with another process.

The C: drive in your Lenovo computer is about 94% full, so you should do some de-cluttering so it can reclaim some free space.

You should get rid of the F-Secure security suite and stick with Windows 10 built-in antivirus app.

Load the Task Manager window, then select the "Startup" tab.
How many entries there should a status of "Enabled"?

if you have edge try that, if not having a similar issue, it's chrome (see below)
If edge & chrome
do following

1> restart
2> check windows updates
3> Check your disk space, clear disk space if more than 50% used up (various tools in windows, such as r click properties then disk cleanup)

any other apps not working or is it just browser and if just chrome, IF just chrome see below

if it's just chrome,
  • Restart
  • Clear cache & Cookies
  • uninstall and reinstall
---------------------------

from experience on my own machines and on the "desk" its a corrupt Chrome, uninstall and re-install usually fixes it

In your image in post #21, I see 7 entries which are "Enabled".
They can all be changed to "Disabled".

In your image in post #22, the "Status" column cannot be seen, so I do not know which entries are "Enabled".
The Windows Security entry at the very bottom is the only one that needs to remain "Enabled".

After you make the necessary changes from "Enabled to Disabled", restart/reboot your computer.
