Outlook 2003 Windows Installer problems

When I open Outlook 2003 each and every time, the Windows Installer attempts to install something. The Installer functions for about 10 seconds, then it goes away. Outlook is then available for my use.

I use Windows XP, updated to SP2. Outlook was loaded with Office 2003.

Any ideas on how to stop the Installer from operating?
