Issues with Apps Opening on the Wrong Monitor in Windows 11

I got a new Dell PC a couple of weeks ago, so mine is a clean Windows 11 installation. I use two monitors and want all my apps to open initially on Display 1, but a couple stubbornly open on Display 2. Even after I drag them onto Display 1 before closing them, they open on Display 2 the next time. So far, this has been happening with the Zoom client and with Thunderbird (specifically the reminders window). Is this a quirk of Windows 11, or am I doing something wrong? I would appreciate any suggestions.

For context, here are my system details: Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.9, OS Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Home, 64 bit, Build 22000, Installed 20220527230449.000000+060, Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400, Intel64 Family 6 Model 151 Stepping 5, CPU Count: 12, Total Physical RAM: 8 GB, Graphics Card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730, 1024 MB, Hard Drives: C: 218 GB (129 GB Free); D: 931 GB (788 GB Free), Motherboard: Dell Inc. 0YJHYD, ver A00, s/n /82G6SN3/CNWS200214010W/, System: Dell Inc., ver DELL - 2, s/n 82G6SN3, Antivirus: McAfee trial.

Has anyone else faced this issue with specific apps? Any fixes or workarounds that worked for you?

The Dell support site for the service tag number(82G6SN3) in your log shows your "new Dell PC" to be THIS Dell Inspiron 3910

According to its support site, it was originally purchased in April 2022 in the United Kingdom and came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

Did you purchase it brand new or second-hand/refurbished with Windows 11?

Your log shows Build 22000 instead of Build 22631, so it does not appear that Windows 11 has been brought it up to date.

Windows 11 has had numerous bugs and issues since its release, so bringing it up to date may resolve your dual monitor issue.
