When I scan a document or picture with the HP director, it opens the HP Image Zone.
At this point it sends the error message:
"Runtime error! Program:C\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqgalry.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information"
I don't know where to go from here. Can you help me or point in the the direction of who can.
