Hi, I am having trouble successfully uninstalling and removing all of Dell's useless DataSafe Local Backup. I deleted a bunch of the files directly from the folder but there's still a bunch that won't delete. When I try to delete them it says "The action can't be completed because the file is open in SoftThinks Agent Service". I don't know what SoftThinks is and it doesn't appear in any list in Windows Task Manager. I also found nothing named SoftThinks when I searched for it in the Start search feature. When I tried to uninstall Dell DataSafe from the uninstaller in the Control Panel it just doesn't do anything. I also tried uninstalling it that way in Safe Mode. I have tried using the CCleaner to clean up the registry but that didn't help. I have also looked in msconfig and confirmed that nothing related was starting up on boot up. I have tried restarting the computer in between many of these attempts but nothing has worked. Can anyone help?

Hi,you can also close all other applications including antivirus and firewall and use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the SW. Here is the
