Hello so there was a recent outbreak of COVID19 and i couldnt get any technician to fix my router I was wondering if anyone could help me fix my wifi the internet turned solid red and i couldnt fix it i tried to reset it and do other things as well but theres just nothing i could do about it any suggestions?

First step would be to contact your ISP's (Internet Service Provider's) Tech Support to make sure:
1) They don't have a problem with their service,
and
2) They can see your router from their end.

Do you have a modem and a router or just one device called a gateway?
Please post the brand and model so we can find a manual for the hardware you have.
Have you tried turning off the router & turning it back on?
What about resetting it to factory defaults? This will also reset the SSID & Passphrase.
Do you still have Internet via WiFi? If so then one of the leds may have failed So can only show red.
If you have done all this &/or have no internet then it’ll be a new router imo.

ZTE Gateway model ZXHN H288A You have a modem and router combination unit.
I can find info on H268A, H108N, H267N, H267A, H298N but not your model.
I can't even find a picture showing what the front of your Gateway looks like.

Yes I've tried to research that as well but i havent seen anything like my modem router as well thats why its hard to find out how to troubleshoot it. Its Philippines. But ill try to check the link youve posted thank you very much!
