The guy who set up my new computer was supposed to do this but didn't so now I have to do it myself. I've been looking at instructions online and it's confusing. I also need to export my contacts.
If I read correctly you have to export them as a .csv file (not .pst).
I have exported my contacts to a contacts.csv file but I have several personal folders that have stuff in them that I want to transfer as well.
I'm on the old computer for now so I don't have to switch back and forth. Once I know how to export things I will put them on my external drive. Then if you can explain the procedure for importing everyting into Outlook 365 that would be great.
Also, My Outlook 365 is showing each email address down the left side and each one has their own inbox, sent, deleted, etc. In Outlook 2010 I only had one set of folders there and all emails came to the preview pain. I could see what email address they were sent to there.
The TSG Sysinfo won't help since I'm on the old computer but I can provide screenshots of the current set up if necessary.
Thanks.
