This is one of the sites that I've used for years for obtaining new or updated apps.
For the last 3 days, it has failed to load, even when I used a different browser.
Is anyone here aware of its status?

Thanks for confirming I'm not the only one having that issue.

lochlomonder:

What's the exact URL address that appeared when it loaded for you?

MSE is the only security app that's running, and it's not blocking or excluding that site.
IE11 also isn't blocking or excluding it.
All other sites are loading fine.

I saw that yesterday.
Thanks anyway.

If you figure out the problem, please let me know.
crucial.com has refused to fully load on one computer (Win 7 32 bit) using several different browsers.

My status bar shows transferring assets from crucial.com but the page doesn't load.

This is showing your network comms are finding a route to the Softpedia server. I couldn't worry about the 15th hop with the time-out, since it may just be set up not to respond for security reasons.

For those who cannot reach the site, is there any commonality regarding anti-malware software? For example, what are you all using?

I did the commands to reset WINSOCK and IPv4 TCP/IP and IPv6 TCP/IP, then rebooted.
It didn't help in getting the SoftPedia site to load.
All other sites seem to be loading okay.

The only security app that loads and runs in the background in my Windows 7 computers is Microsoft Security Essentials 4.10.209.0

I'm not going to mess with Spectrum's server settings and risk killing the network for my computers and wireless printers, just for the sake of 1 website.

I didn't ask you to mess with the settings, I just asked if you could log into it. I would most definitely do a reboot of the modem router as that will have no effect of your network at all. It just like rebooting your PC.

There is also a reset hole on the device which is used to do a factory reset.
