Go to Event Viewer and filter the application log for eventID 1000. This might show you the name of the app that is crashing.

 

yeah it shows easyfarm. but i need to know why it's crashing. i'm basic computer skills. so all i see are numbers and letters lol.

You seem to be running the EasyFarm directly off OneDrive. Copy it elase where, like Program Files\EasyFarm and try running it from there.

Both of these (It's not projekmako btw) are botting programs for FFXI.

They are against the EULA so the best advice is not to use them at all or you run the risk of losing the account.

 

In view of the above this is not something that we will help with.
