Hi I'm almost sure that after my graphics card driver update a few days ago the fan speed even when I'm just browsing jumped up to maybe full speed. It goes up to full speed after Windows loads and I login. I have looked up SpeedFan software and also tried changing it in BIOS but it doesn't seem to be controlling the fans or more likely because I don't know how to configure them properly. I don't know if the fans are getting power from motherboard or the powersupply and how to control them. Before this update I never had a problem with the fans running too loud when I was just browsing; I'm not sure if it is GPU, system, or other fan. I saw an old post on nvidia forums that reverting to a prior driver version fixed his problem for someone else with the same problem after a new driver. I can't seem to get help from Nvidia or forums on this. Could anyone walk me through how to either revert to the last version of my graphics driver to see if that works or help me control the fans myself? Or just point me in the right direction? Thanks
