Hello, I want to do a disk cleanup but I every time I try to scan it, the Disk Cleanup stops halfway at system error memory dump files. I've waited for like 40 minutes but it stays there. I don't know if I should wait longer or if something is up and I need to fix it.

It also freezes if I've waited for awhile, but I'm assuming is because I had the browser on while doing the disk cleanup.

Corrupt file or HDD issue possibly.

You can use CCleaner to remove all of the misc files from your HDD, which includes the mini dump files. Then you could try running Disk Cleanup again.

For the HDD, you can test the HDD using the drive manufacturers disk utilities available from the manufacturers website.

I tried using CCleaner but it keeps freezing on me.

As long as that 918.14 GB capacity C: drive has only a tiny amount of free space in it, you're going to have issues with that computer.
There's not even enough free space left for Disk Defragmenter to work.

We've already had a discussion about this in your other thread.
And it looks like it has less free space now than it did after I helped you.

I'm not advising you to delete your personal data(music, photos, etc.).
I'm advising you to transfer and back it up to some external media, such as DVD's or an external USB hard drive.
You need to reclaim at least 15 - 20% of free space in that hard drive.

Considering the massive amount of threats that were found in your computer, there may be something going on that we're not aware of that's eating up free space.
It may come down to having to do a clean reinstall of the Windows operating system and getting a fresh start.

I will add that you should have at least one copy of any data that you don't want to lose. Hardware can fail at any time, often without any warning.

This appears to be a desktop PC, I'd suggest getting a second (internal) HDD to use as storage. You can then move all of your photos, music, videos, etc. to the new storage drive and keep the current drive for just the OS and your software. I would also suggest making a backup of your files as noted above. You could simply use an external HDD or burn to media such as DVD.

As for disk cleanup in general, start with Add and Remove programs. There is likely quite a few programs that you don't use, which can then be removed. If you are unsure about something, simply ask and someone can advise.
