I just got a notification that this is updated. I clicked and the reviews are 2.8 stars. So I don't hold high hopes for it working properly. And I don't want to break my network after spending almost a week troubleshooting and configuring it. Do I really need it?

Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. Keep it. In the future, it may come in handy. Various apps may not be able to function properly without the update.

To enable the Cross Device Experience Host, you need to
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mobile devices.
- Turn on the toggle for Allow this PC to access your mobile devices.
- Click on Manage Devices under it.
- Choose Add Device.
- Your PC will get a Cross Device Experience Host update in the Microsoft Store that is required for this experience to work.

When I go to turn this feature on, it says I have to install the cross device experience host but then just says pending on the screen and nothing happens. I thought maybe I had to reset phone link but that didn't help. Anyone have any idea why my computer just says pending while nothing is actually downloading?
