I don't understand this, so I have attached a screen shot of the msg re drivers interfering with Memory Integrity. I am running Windows Defender and all other indicators in Settings say that my laptop is safe. Do I need to do anything about this?

What you should do depend on 2 things - 1) whether you trust MS and say memory isolation is important. 2) whether you actually use those drivers, sometimes drivers are simply installed but not used.

You can go do Device Manager and try to find those drivers and right click Delete them - removing the driver files. Then enable Core Isolation. Then reboot. If upon reboot the drivers are automatically re-installed by Windows, then Core Isolation is unavailable to you, you have no choice in the matter.
