I have Windows XP, memory 512, 450 MHz. I have no problem when I get to www.msn.com. No trouble accessing hotmail, but when I click my Inbox, the green bar is very slow in moving and after about 30 seconds to a minute the error message "The page cannot be displayed" appears. But, when I refresh the page I can see my mail messages. When I click on a piece of my mail, the slow process again and I get the same message as above. I refresh and get my mail. When I go to delete my mail, the same as above happens. But, when I refresh that page, it does not delete my mail. When I sign out, I get the same problem. This happens most of the time, but sometimes I can get in with no problem. I recently have been getting a similiar problem on my Yahoo mail. No problem getting to read my mail. But can not delete my mail. I went to symantec.com and did the virus test and no virus was found. Is this possible a "trojan horse". Do I need to cancel my account and start a new one? "Please help me" Sorry I couldn't resist saying that. Hope to hear from anyone soon.

We have had the same issue on our office network with most of the XP machines. We went through all of the updates available and it has helped. hotmail still runs horribly slowly though in comparison to the 2000 and Linux boxes.
