I just wanted to know if it is possible to overclock my specific cpu without any problems. I have a AMD FX-8800P Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G running at 2.1 GHz. I want to know if i can overclock it, how to overclock it, how much i can over clock it, and if i can do it without any damage or overheating. Please help! Sorry i forgot to mention that it is not a laptop, its a desktop.

The short answer is no. Big box systems ie dell, hp, etc do not have the bios options to allow overclocking AND this is a laptop so you would have cooling issues.

While it is technically possible to mod a bios to allow some small overclocking, the cost of having a programmer write a custom bios for you would FAR exceed the cost of the laptop. Back many years ago, I used to write custom bios and it can be an involved task. One incorrect keystroke when writing the bios file and you now have a paperweight instead of a laptop.

Next question
i can do it without any damage or overheating
Again the short answer is no. ALL overclocking entails some degree of risk. I have a saying
"Do not overclock with parts you cannot afford to replace"

If you are asking about overclocking in order to increase the performance for game play, you are fighting a loosing battle. Laptops are NOT designed for the stress of gaming [with the exception of purpose designed gaming laptops like a dell/alienware]

The answer does not change. No. Unless you pay someone to write a custom bios and even then, big box system ie dell, hp, whatever just do not have the quality parts necessary for a stable overclock.
There are some software overclocking programs however they are less than useless. Any overclock should be done manually in the bios then tested for stability.
