Today while trying to join a Zoom meeting, my camera and microphone did not work. They worked fine for a previous meeting, five days earlier. My camera and microphone are a Logitech that is several years old. My computer is a Dell desktop with Windows 10. I don't know the model number of the Logitech. I tried restarting my computer, but that didn't work. Then I tried unplugging the camera, waiting a minute, and replugging it in, but that didn't work, either. The only thing that has changed since five days ago is that I downloaded an updated version of Chrome.

These are the specs of my computer:

In post #6 of your other thread:
I provided you with some instructions, but you have failed to respond to those instructions.

Your 12-13 years old Dell has a very weak processor and a very small amount of RAM, so it's going to have problems when performing certain functions.
Based on the motherboard number in your log, your Dell appears to be an Inspiron 660 or a Vostro 270.

I am not sure if this would be the case for Windows 10, but we ran into an issue with logitech cameras and their drivers due to the security (core isolation). We ended up switching the driver to a generic Windows driver.

Following Mark's question, you can record a video too so you can test the microphone as well.

James:

This is my reply to him in post #8 of his other thread.

According to your new and more accurate log, you have THIS Dell Inspiron 660s Small Form Factor PC.

According to its support site, it was originally purchased in July 2012 and came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

According to its specs list, it came with 4 GB(1 GB x 4) of DDR3-1600 RAM and a 500 GB SATA3 7200 RPM hard disk drive.

1795 MB of RAM is dedicated to its integrated Intel graphics, so a little more than 2 GB of RAM is available for its Windows 10 operating system.

Because your PC is so old and so slow, it's going to run like a turtle and will bog down when performing certain functions.

You definitely need a newer and faster PC that can run Windows 11.
