Hello, so yesterday night I installed a thermaltake smart 700w power supply to replace my Dynex 400w psu. I also had got a 1060 from gigabyte.

I plugged in all the cables in their right slot. Turned on the computer and I get a BSOD
Saying that my PC is in need of repair.

File:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

Error code 0xc0000098

Right after getting that screen, my computer shuts off within seconds and reboots again. I don't know what else to do.

I also tried using my 400w and seeing if it would cause the same thing and it did. Nothing seems to be broken or anything, after placing in my new gpu, it still worked.

Appreciate the help i can get :)

Specs
i5 4590, 1050 ti, 16gb ram, 400w psu, w10 64bit
