Alert! TPM device is not detected

Every time when i open my laptop it pops a message - Alert! TPM device is not detected. I try to turn on the TPM in the BIOS setup, but the problem is TPM icon is not seen in the security section in the BIOS. This problem is arising daily since last 6 month. But i have seen in the device manage there is TPM version 2.0 is available in the security section, and i also update it but the problem is still persist.

Someone solved it this way on two Dell laptops.
I shut down my computer completely, unplugged it from the AC and let it be for 30 second. When I plugged in the AC again and turned on the computer the magic happened. LOL The TPM alert was gone. For some reason shutting down the computer and unplugging the AC for 30 seconds seems to do something allowing the bios to find the tpm again.

Your BIOS is not the latest one. This is the latest one (1.13.2).

I take it the board was replaced since there is no Service Tag listed. Typically Dell technicians do not forget to do this as it asks you for the tag on first use.

It's possible that this board does not have a TPM chip. Check Device Manager as well to see if Windows picks it up.
