To confirm, you went to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003 and clicked on Contact Support on the top? I was able to go through the autobot and it was going to get me to a human.

Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. Zoom screen sharing problem
I am unable to do screen share in my zoom 5.1 software. It keeps on saying "Screen sharing has failed to start. Please try again later. Error code: 105035". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling zoom. but it does not work. Also zoom support is not helping. I am on windows 7. Please help asap.
