I had different issues with Zoom and PowerPoint on a Mac, but it was due to the versions.

Yes, it collects the Office programs installed in my computer.OK, that version of Office was unknown to me so I had to look it up. It looks like an App that mimicks the online hub. Does it open the PowerPoint installed on your computer?

Honestly I didn't try other video/audio sharing apps on Zoom yet, and I can't try them until tomorrow. I can only say that the videos in the PP presentation were videos saved in my HD rather than linked from YouTube or other websites.OK, MS has an update today for Office365, and Zoom is one build version out so I don't think this should be an issue.
Do you have any issues with sharing video/audio with other apps? Like VLC.
I confirm that the other participant didn't hear anything even from YouTube and VLC.OK. Let's see if the issue is across other apps. If it is, then we would start looking at Zoom.
