There was a thread on this forum under

It described an error "Access Denied" "You don't have permission to access on this server." Reference #

The issue is caused by Akamai. There is a long thread onthe Akamai forum that describes the problem here: https://community.akamai.com/message/11119

I am posting it here because the other thread comes up first in Google when searching for this issue. If the admins could add this post as the last comment on that locked thread, that would be greatly appreciated as it would help a lot of other users.

This is a common error that often is solved simply by clearing the browser history and cache. However, there isn't always one simple answer therefore I saw no reason to move this to a thread that is now seven years old.
