Yahoo Certificate Warning

For the last two months when I go into Yahoo to view mail, etc. before I can access my mail a pop-up box appears and says something about the "certificate". I have to keep clicking on continue before I can get into the site. This comes up after I've signed in. What is causing this and what can I do to get this box from coming up.

On the other hand when I go into my mom's Yahoo site - I don't get that pop-up.

Please help.
