hi,first time here so i hope i`m in right forum,my probelm is for years i`ve had a folder within the windows folder which contain photos iv`e got from the internet(not dirty ones) so the kids can`t delete or mess with, and iv`e had no probelm accessing this folder, but now i get "xvidcore.dll" error,if i ignore it,it lets me continue for a bit and then another appears,if i click on ok in the error message the screen goes blank the folder closes and i`m back at my desktop with the icons slowly re-appearing back to normal, any ideas i`m not very tech minded and i`m running xp pro.

i think your pictures are set up to burn to a disc, create a video etcetc and the conversion software you lookk at these photos on is corrupted so reinstall the software or download the dll file ( plenty available on google search) copy and paste it into the programme file of the software you are using,( easier to just reinstall though)
