Would there be any potential issues if I were to install Vista on a second hard drive and just use F11 to access it when I need to (i.e. Vista over-writing XP files on my primary hdd) - I don't need or want to have the option of which OS to load every time I boot my comp? I know there shouldn't be anything, but thought i should check with someone else. Also, Vista uses NTFS, correct?
Thanks for your help.

In the vista setup you can chose to install on a second hard drive. It will overwrite the bootloader with one that can load windows xp and vista, you just chose which one you want when your computer turns on. windows vista does use NTFS but it is a newer version so some partition programs recognize it as invalid.
