Well, I'm not an expert in analyzing these, but I don't see anything malicious in there. However, it seems like you have a lot of unnecessary processes running.

Go to Start -> Run... -> msconfig
Go to the Startup tab (the one on the furthest right)

Look at the command lines of the different startup programs you have running and uncheck the things that you don't actually use very often. If you have specific questions about what can and cannot be unchecked either post something in here or do a google search on the name of the EXE that runs at startup.

it doesnt seem like u have any spyware on ur comp except for the PTW.exe PS2.exe and LTMSG.exe., which look suspicious. try googling them and see if they're spyware. oter than that, try what sy2 said. disable some of ur startup services in msconfig and see if that helps you. also, whats ur RAM? and how much is taken up at startup?
