Hi,
I just bought a new hd and wanted to merge my old 120gb disk (partitionized 60-60) to one disk again, containing my backups.
So i selected "merge" in partitionmagic and it said the d:\ disk would be a folder on the new combined partition. all fine to me but here is the result:
i can't open it and it says it isn't containing any data.
Here is a propertywindow of the merged 120gb disk. kinda weird:
now i opened up partition magic again and there it it my d:\ disk as a "dynamic disk":
i can't edit anything from partition magic on this disk now.
I scanned the disk with a datarecovery app and it showed me this:
Question: Is there any way to get my disk (containing important backups) back, and so how?
