We have an enterprize license for MS products including WinXP.

*ALL* I want is to hand a coworker a Windows XP/Pro CD and have him/her
install it WITHOUT being prompted for the cd-key or product key.
I would also like to make this available as a network install for factory
workers.

MS says in their agreements not to distribute the key. Yet their documentation on how NOT to completely sux. There is no support for this crap. Everytime I asked their reps on the news groups, they told me to read an irrelavent article on microsoft.com

Does anyone know?

Many thanks

You need to speak with your Microsoft representative about licensing agreements. There's only one agreement that provides a CD for Windows XP that doesn't require a key, and the cost for that agreement is high and requires a certain number of licenses. Microsoft's licensing agreements are pretty complex. You could read about it on their web site, but it's best to work directly with a consultant.
