The bottom right hand light is red, not all four, just the one in the bottom right hand corner. Is my system shot, and did I lose all of my game saves and accomplishments?

If I can get the system to work again, should I still have Microsoft fix or replace it?

Thank you.

Symptom: One red light flashing on front of console and a message is displayed on-screen

This behavior may occur when the Xbox 360 console experiences a hardware failure. Here are some steps to try and resolve the issue:

Things to try:
1. Turn off the console, disconnect and reconnect all cables, then turn the console back again.
2. If an Xbox Hard Disk Drive is attached to the console, turn off the console, and then remove the Hard Disk. Turn on the console and test for the error. If the error does not reoccur, turn off the console and reattach the Hard Disk. Alternate testing with the hard drive connected and removed to see if the error occurs only while the hard drive is attached. For more information if the on-screen alpha-numeric error is E67, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
917874 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917874/) Xbox 360: One red light flashes on the Ring of Light, and you receive error E67
3. If an Xbox Memory Unit (MU) is plugged in to the console, turn off the console, and then remove the Memory Unit. Turn on the console again and test for the error. If the error does not reoccur, turn off the console and reinsert the MU. Alternate testing with the MU inserted and removed to see if the error occurs only while the MU is inserted.

Symptom: Four red lights flashing on front of console

This issue may occur if one of the following conditions is true:
# The audio-visual (AV) cable is not correctly connected to the Xbox 360 console.
# The cable is not being detected by the console.
Note: This issue is not caused by incorrectly plugging the AV cable into a TV, a stereo, or a VCR.

Things to try:
1. Make sure that the AV cable is correctly connected to the Xbox 360 console.
2. Disconnect the AV cable from the Xbox 360 console, and then reconnect the AV cable to the Xbox 360 console.

For more information about how to connect the AV cable to your Xbox 360 console, click the following article numbers to view the articles in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

906203 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/906203/) Xbox 360: How to connect the Xbox 360 S-Video AV Cable

Note: The cable often meets some slight resistance before being fully inserted. Not fully inserting the cable will result in either all four lights flashing on the ring of light, or may simply result in no video on the screen. The cable is fully inserted when the largest part of the connector is nearly touching the console's case.
3. If the four flashing red lights continue to flash, try wiping the metal area of the AV pack with a dry, lint-free cloth. The metal area is the end that plugs into the console. Clean and wipe the metal area thoroughly, and then try the AV Pack again.
