Ok, all of my machines show all the other computers on my network.
Except from one machine.

For example...

Machine A sees = b-c-d-e
Machine B sees = a-c-d-e
Machine C sees = a-b-d-e
Machine D sees = a-b-c-e
Machine E sees = none...but can access the internet just fine.

I checked the workgroup name. I not only disabled, but uninstalled all firewalls, etc.

Still no change.

Any ideas?

I can explore the offending machine from all the other machines also.

Thanks

What are the devices on your network and where are they situated (routers, switches, hubs, etc.)? What are the operating systems on the computers? Is the computer browser service started on the machine that can't see the other ones? You should probably check this last one first.

It goes like this:

Verizon FIOS -> Dlink 4300 Gigabit Wireless Router -> Netgear 24 port gigabit switch -> the everything is plugged into the netgear. No speciifc order.

They are all xp pro.

Yes I checked the browsing service and it is started. I even stopped and restarted it.

One possibility is that the nonbrowsing machine has a motherboard that comes with a firewall, I know of a few ASUS motherboards that come standard with one of those.
Can you ping the other computers by IP and/or by name? If you map the shares manually are you able to get them to work e.g. \\computername\sharename ?
Any errors in the event viewer?

Make sure Server and Workstation services are running. Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services. I think that your symptoms indicate the Workstation service not running.

The motherboard is MSI, so there is not a firewall issue at all.

Interesting thing, I can ping the other computers, and go directly to the computers, but I cannot browse to them.

Both those services are running under services.

Any further ideas?

I appreciate all the help.

I know that ABIT, MSI, and Gigabyte motherboards with the NVidia chipset are likely to have the motherboard firewall so I'd read your manual and make sure because your symptoms point to a firewall problem. Also, can you post a hijackthis log so we can see if there's something else going on?
You can download hijackthis here --> http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html , you can read a tutorial on how to post a hijackthis log here --> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial94.html .
