Microsoft includes a Service Call Management database with Access 97 and I think 2000. If you open Access, it prompts you for a Blank Database, Database Wizard, or to find an existing database.
If you have this feature installed, select Database Wizard, then Service Call Management. It will then take you through a wizard to setup the database. If it's not there, try installing this feature from the install disk.
I'm not sure how good this database is as I haven't used it, but it might be worth a try.
