Word 2000: Disappearing Fonts

I am running Word 2000. I have many fonts installed, and, until recently, they all appeared in the Word 2000 drop down box. Now there are only about 10 fonts, and I don't know what I did or what happened. I don't know how to get those fonts back into Word. Any help?

How many fonts do you have installed?

Too many to count. I did delete 2 of them, rebooted, and now it seems to work. Don't know if it was the deletion or the reboot that helped, but, oh well.

This is a known issue with Word 2000. Having too many fonts can cause several issues. I would recommend getting rid of most of those fonts. You can always save all the other ones to disk and load them only when needed.
