I recently purchased a ZIO hi-speed card reader and it works perfectly fine until I reboot, once I reboot It turns itself off and does not boot all the way. Once I unplug the reader it boots fine. Once booted I can start to use my reader again. I am running XP servie pack 1. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately what you describe is sometimes the nature of the beast, that would suggest your pc is mishandling the device, hence probably not easily fixed.
Sometimes a POWERED USB hub fixes this problem but I would not hold my breath.
