Wnsintsu.exe removal

I also have Wnsintsu, i can see it when i press the Ctrl+Alt and delete together.
How should i go about getting rid of it?, im a compleate newbie when it comes to sorting out probelms on my computer.

I have windows millennium edition.

any help to sorting this nasty thing out most appreciated
