Wireless Internet quit working

I was using my wireless internet when the connection got slow so I right clicked to repair connection, which normally works. However this time it never connected back to my network. I can see my network but it wont connect. I am able to connect to unsecured networks however. My router shows up with all lights working and my IP said my router and modem show up as working on their end. I have disconnected my router and modem as well as restarting my computer but nothing has changed. Any suggestions before I throw the router out the window???

Disable encryption on the router and try to connect. Assuming success you can probably re-enable encryption and reconnect. If failure please show ...

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.
