I currently have my PC connected to the Blueyonder cable modem via USB.

What I want to do is move the PC into another room and use a wireless connection so they don't have to move the Blueyonder box on the wall. At the same time I want to put another PC into my son's room and have it so it can also connect to the internet via wireless.

I have built several PC's with no trouble but this is all new to me.

So how do I go about setting this all up so both PC's can connect to the internet via wireless and also if possible to each other?

First off, you need a wireless broadband router, which will also require that you have a modem with an Ethernet connection. Then you'll need wireless adapters for any machines that don't have them.

It will be cheaper to get a simple broadband router and use the existing modem.
