Wireless Interface

821 Views 4 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  etaf
I'm having problems with my internet connection. My WLAN is always disabled despite which position the little switch is in. I tried fixing this in device manager but under Network Adapters is a list of devices, all of which have a yellow sign with the exclamation point next to it. None of which am I able to update any further. I'm also being told, when I try to use netsh commands, that my computer has no wireless interface on its system. I don't know what is going on, but I can't connect to the internet wirelessly or by ethernet. Can someone help me out?

sounds like you need need the drivers for all your network devices - hence the ? in device manager

make and model of PC - you may be able to download the drivers off the internet manufacturers website
HP Pavillion Laptop.

If I can find the drivers online, do you know where?

Also, a bit of a problem...I can't get online with my computer, so how can I download them to it?
www.hp.com look for "downloads" and "drivers" and just put in your model number.
HP Pavillion Laptop.
whats the exact model number
