Wipe windows off hard drive

So i have a old hard drive that i took from a old pc but the hard drive has windows on it and i recently got a new pc but the new pc has a ssd with just 240 gb so i want to use this old 1tb hard drive but whenever i connect it to the new pc and power it up i see everything from that old hard drive and i just want to use this old hard drive as a secondary hard drive for my new pc and have the 240gb ssd as my main but i don't know how to completely take everything of that old hard drive including windows someone please help thanks!

Go into Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc)
Is the 240 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD both listed there?
Can you submit an image of the Disk Management window?
