I have had this problem with excel and winfax, when you create a excel doc set winfax as you default printer, this worked for me, but I don't know why? :up:
WinFax Pro 10.02 & Excel Problem
When I print to WinFax Pro 10.02 from Excel '03 there is an orientation problem. WinFax "compresses" the speadsheet horizontally. It's almost as if I had a landscaped spreadsheet that I tried to print in portrait and it squeezed it to fit it across. It happens randomly, not every single time. It's got nothing to do with "fit-to-page", I've tried it both ways.

Thanks for your help. What I figured out is the fax resolution setting must be on "Normal". After selecting Winfax as your printer for the doc, go to properties, then to the "Advanced" button, and then under graphics select "Normal Fax Resolution". This works everytime.
