I am installing Windows XP x64 on an HP Laptop (DO NOT ASK WHY) and then I get to Setup is Starting Windows in the installer, "I get the BSOD saying The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant.", I press the F7 key but it goes on with these options: "Other", "ACPI Uniprossesser" and "ACPI Multiprossesser", I select ACPI Multiprossesser and it gives that same ACPI error, Uniprossesser wont work because I have 2 cores.

What is the exact serial number(S/N) and exact product number(P/N) on that HP laptop?
What is the exact Windows version it originally came with?

Unlike Windows XP SP3 32-bit, Windows XP SP2 64-bit was known to have driver issues.
There also may be an issue with installing it if that laptop is newer than legacy/2nd/3rd generation.
