Hey, I just changed the graphics card, motherboard and processor in my totaly stable system. I now have a Asus P4PE a P4 2.4B and a Albatron GF4Ti 4200 64Mb. I'm running windows 98 gold.

Obviously, it didnt run smoothly

On booting I got the message:

While initializing device NDIS:
Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer.

I manages to boot my computer by booting with steop-by-step comformation and choosing not to load NDIS and NDIS2sup.

My computer runs fine wihtout these but because they are something to do with networking I can't acces the internet or my lan, not to mention the 5 minute long process to boot!!!

can anyone spread any light on the subject? Anyhelp much apreciated.

Oliver
